Non-Discrimination Policy

Rianyabwari Orphanage and Church welcomes and serves every child in need with love and dignity. In line with the Constitution of Kenya and the Children Act, 2022, we do not discriminate against any child, family, volunteer, donor, or partner on the basis of race, tribe or ethnicity, color, sex, nationality, social origin, disability, health status (including HIV status), or economic background.

Every child in our care receives equal access to food, shelter, education, health care, and protection. Decisions about admitting a child are based on the child's needs and best interests.

As a Christian ministry, our work is rooted in faith, but our care is never conditional on a child's or family's religious beliefs. We welcome volunteers and supporters of all backgrounds who respect our mission and our child-protection standards.

If you believe someone has been treated unfairly, please contact us at: Rianyabwariorphanage@gmail.com Every concern will be taken seriously and handled confidentially.
